Dejazar Wine Bar is a casually sophisticated grill/bistro and wine bar that invites you to discover the sensational flavours of our seasonally changing menu.
Set directly opposite the Marina, Dejazar's Roof Terrace Bar offers spectacular views of the whole of Kusadasi Bay. Our passion is to serve highly flavoured meals that are better for you and focus on the best of each season.
Our highly skilled Michelin trained Chef will be delighted to go over the menu with you or suggest a few things not even on the menu. To complement the aroma and flavour of your meal, we offer an adventurous turkish and imported wine list of more than 150 outstanding wines, with the majority available by the glass.
